Celebrating the divine architect and the creator of the universe, Vishwakarma-the Hindu God, Biswakarma Puja is organized on the 16th of September across India. Lord Vishwakarma is known as the God of Engineering and Architecture. This auspicious day marks an honour and respect by shutting down factories and industries to pray for the success and safe environment of their workplace. Biswakarma Puja is performed by Hindus that is accompanied by a traditional ritual of offering respect for the heavenly creation we live in. People celebrate this day with the belief that the God of Construction will keep them safe from any mishap or disaster by maintaining harmony amongst the people and across the industrial belt.
