Navratri

Navratri is a Hindu festival of great importance which is celebrated for nine days. These nine days commemorate Goddess Durga who symbolise strength, power and the victory of good over evil. The festivities are organized in the month of Ashvin according to the Hindu calendar. Performing puja and fasting on these nine highly sacred days is believed to bring prosperity, health and wisdom to people. These auspicious nine days are also said to give financial, physical and spiritual awakening and success. Navratri puja eliminates the negative energies and obstacles from the house bringing good fortune and fulfilling the wishes of people.
